Don’t call it a comeback!

Rich was excited to return to the airwaves, but he checked the news just beforehand and was then bummed out about Taylor Hawkins’ untimely death. Hawkins was a masterly impassioned drummer, and held his own against one of the world’s most famous drummers in Dave Grohl. So, in today’s show, there’s respect to Taylor’s contribution to the world of rock music, plus many great (mostly brand new) tunes. The KRP is back, bay bay!

I’ve re-started the Kemptation Mixcloud feed – this time, with real radio voice!

As you will hear, I should really be working on my MA Creative Writing dissertation (part of why Kemptation’s been silent for ages), but I’ve been thinking about doing a radio programme for so many years that I just couldn’t resist anymore.

Four shows in so far, and hopefully getting better! It feels great to be involved with music again after such a long time away.
